Longleaf is one of many master-planned communities which operate as a Community Development District for the purpose of protecting the future of the community and the quality of life enjoyed by its residents. The Longleaf CDD works in cooperation with the Longleaf Neighborhood Association (LNA) to accomplish those goals. By overseeing basic infrastructure, amenities, and community operations, the CDD helps ensure the maintenance and preservation of the community.
